Life coaching is a forward-focused partnership that helps you set goals, overcome obstacles, and unlock your potential. Unlike therapy, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions — it assumes you are well-functioning and seeks to take you further. Our coaches are trained to refer clients to mental health professionals when needed.

If you have a genuine desire for change, are willing to commit to the process, and can dedicate time to your sessions and between-session actions, you are ready. Coaching works best for people who take ownership of their growth.

We combine ICF-certified coaches, a proprietary methodology (the GROWTH Framework), East African cultural context, and a rigorous accountability system. We don’t do generic motivational sessions — every programme is structured, measurable, and outcome-focused.

Not at all. Many of our most successful clients come not with problems, but with ambitions. Coaching helps high performers go from good to exceptional, not just from struggling to stable.

We primarily coach in English. Some of our coaches also offer sessions in Luganda and Swahili by arrangement.

The best starting point is our free 30-minute Discovery Call. We ask you about your goals, current situation, and what you want to change — and then recommend the most suitable programme. There is no obligation.

Yes. We understand that needs evolve. Speak to your coach and we will find the most sensible transition plan, which may include a pro-rated adjustment.

Most programmes are available in hybrid format (both in-person and online). Some intensive programmes require in-person components in Kampala. Virtual-only options are available for clients based outside Uganda.

We understand life happens. You can reschedule sessions with 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Repeated missed sessions without notice may result in forfeiture, and we will work with you proactively to keep you on track.

We offer both. Our Executive Life Coaching is primarily one-on-one. The Entrepreneurship Accelerator and Youth Empowerment Journey use cohort group models. The Women in Leadership Circle combines group sessions with individual coaching.

Prices range from UGX 850,000 (Youth Empowerment Journey) to UGX 3,500,000 (Executive Life Coaching). Corporate programmes are priced on a per-engagement basis. We also offer payment plans — contact us for details.

Yes. We offer 2 or 3-instalment payment plans for individual programmes. A 30% deposit is required to secure your place. Contact us to arrange.

Our offices are at Plot 7 Acacia Avenue, Kololo, Kampala. We also conduct sessions at client locations, partner hotels, and virtually via Zoom.

Simply come with openness and an honest reflection on what you want to change or achieve. We send you a brief intake questionnaire before your first session to help us hit the ground running.

We offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before your first session begins. After the first session, fees are non-refundable but may be credited to a future programme at our discretion.

Absolutely. We offer fully tailored corporate programmes from half-day workshops to 6-month culture transformation engagements. We conduct a needs assessment before proposing any solution.

Yes. We have significant experience working with international NGOs, UN agencies, and development finance institutions. We understand the specific dynamics of the development sector.

We use pre- and post-assessments, 360-degree feedback, and follow-up coaching to measure behavioural change. We provide organisations with a detailed impact report at the end of each engagement.
