Dr. Patricia Namukasa
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Patricia Namukasa is a transformational leader whose work bridges the worlds of education, executive coaching, and organisational change. Holding a PhD in Education Leadership from Makerere University and an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, she has spent nearly two decades helping executives, professionals, and institutions unlock their highest performance.
Before co-founding Inspire Growth Solutions in 2014, Patricia led talent development initiatives at some of Uganda's largest financial institutions and served as an academic consultant across the region. Her coaching philosophy centres on the belief that sustainable growth is always an inside job — and that Africa's next chapter depends on investing deeply in its people.

Dr. James Muwanga

Dr. James Muwanga brings over two decades of expertise in organisational psychology, leadership development, and human capital strategy to every engagement. Armed with a PhD in Organisational Psychology and a career spanning corporate consulting, academia, and international development, James has coached hundreds of leaders across East and Central Africa.
His work draws on cutting-edge behavioural science, indigenous African wisdom, and practical business frameworks to help leaders move from good to exceptional. James is particularly passionate about building the next generation of Ugandan entrepreneurs and equipping organisations with the resilient, adaptive cultures they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
